Deposits made to the booking agent are non refundable & non transferrable in the event of canceling or amending a booking.The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash directly at the resort. (Accepted payment currencies Singapore Dollar or Rupiah)

After confirming your reservation you will receive a payment request with a link to a secure PayPal site for your payment. Payment may be made by credit card or using your PayPal account.

Payments for hotel and transfer arrangements should be made within 72 hours of the payment request or at least one day before your arrival which ever is earlier.In case a payment notification is not received by us within the time frame stated above, the reservation can no longer be guaranteed.Ferry reservations may require an advance payment. In this case terms and conditions of the ferry operator apply.

You may cancel or modify your booking prior to your arrival date.

The following cancellation charges apply

• more than 7 days in advance: 10% cancellation charge
• more than 3 days in advance: 50% cancellation charge
• more than 1 day in advance: 80% cancellation charge

For no-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival a 100% cancellation charge will be levied.

For modifications to shorten your stay the same conditions as for cancellations apply. Modifications to extend your stay are subject to availability. For changes of ferry reservations the terms and conditions of the ferry operator apply.

Cancellation refunds for bookings made directly to Putri Pandan Resort will be credited to your Paypal account.For reservation made via a third party-agent the terms and conditions of the booking agent apply additionally.
