Getting There
Transportation on the Island
The nearest ferry terminals are Bandar Bentan Telani in Lagoi (Bintan Resort Ferries) or Tanjung Pinang, both are about 40 - 60 minutes drive from Putri Pandan Resort.
Transportation on the island is by taxi or car rental. Indorent has a counter in Bintan Resort Ferry terminal.

By Ferry
There are currently ferry connections from Singapore to Lagoi (BBT Bandar Bentan Telani), Tanjung Pinang and to Lobam Industrial Estate.
Additional ferry terminals at Bintan Lagoon Resort and in Berakit (with closer access to Trikora beach hotels) are currently under construction.
The fastest connection from Singapore is with Bintan Resort Ferries to Lagoi.
From Singapore (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal)
- To Lagoi (ca. 55 min)
- To Tanjung Pinang (ca. 1 1/2 - 2 hours).
From Malaysia (Stulang Laut / Johor)
- To Tanjung Pinang (ca. 2 1/2 hours)
From other Indonesian Islands
- From Batam (Punggur) to Tanjung Pinang (ca. 60 min).
- By Indonesian Pelni boat to Kijang.
Tanjung pinang also has ferry and speed boat to other islands in the Riau archipelago and to Dumai in Sumatra
By Plane
International flights:
- To Singapore Changi Airport.
Singapore is major hub airport and is served by many international airlines. In addition budget airlines are offering budget flights from other popular tourist destinations in South East Asia.
From Changi airport it is only a 5 min taxi ride to Tanah MerahFerry Terminal to take the ferry to Bintan.
Domestic flights to Bintan (Tanjung Pinang):
- From Jakarta (daily flights with Sriwijaya / Batavia )
- From destinations in nearby provinces (daily / weekly flights with Riau Airlines)
Domestic flights to Batam:
- From major Indonesian cities to Batam
Daily flights with Indonesian domestic airlines Garuda Air, Batavia, Lion Air and Air Asia. Malaysian budget airline Firefly also offers flights to Kuala Lumpur
