There are currently ferry connections from Singapore to Lagoi (BBT BandarBentan Telani), Tanjung Pinang and to Lobam Industrial Estate.
Additional ferry terminals at Bintan Lagoon Resort and in Berakit (with closer
access to Trikora beach hotels) are currently under construction.
The fastest connection from Singapore is with Bintan Resort Ferries to Lagoi.
From Malaysia (Stulang Laut / Johor)

Tanjung pinang also has ferry and speed boat to other islands in the
Riau archipelago and to Dumai in Sumatra

other popular tourist destinations in South East Asia.
From Changi airport it is only a 5 min taxi ride to Tanah Merah
Ferry Terminal to take the ferry to Bintan.
