Our Dream

Opening up his own beach resort has been a dream for my husband since his
youth. Over the years he collected a lot of experience from helping out in the
backpacker guest houses as a student to working as a manager for some of the
most prestigious international hotels in Bintan.

For me Asia had always had a special fascination since my first holiday trip to South
East Asia. As a fresh graduate from university I decided to try my luck and got a
job for Japan, then Indonesia and Singapore followed.

After many years in Asia I decided to make Bintan my permanent home and my
husband and I went out to start full-filling our dream. For the design of our resort
we decided to model the roof each beach villas after the different style of
traditional houses to show some of the diversity of the Indonesian archipelago.

But just finding the perfect beach location for our resort took us a few years and
good negotiating skills. The first day I saw the beach I immediately fell in love.
The weather was perfect that day and the beach was all white sand and clear
shallow water surrounded by unspoilt nature, the kind of scenery you normally only
see on photos.

So know after a lot of hard work the resort is finally ready to open and we welcome
you to share our dream.

		To offer a meeting place for both overseas visitors from overseas as well as
		local people in our resort and restaurant
